Pivovarna Union Shareholders to Appoint New Supervisors Tuesday
Ljubljana, 21 December - Shareholders of the Pivovarna Union brewer are to meet on Tuesday to appoint new members of the supervisory board after three of its members resigned in November. The shareholders will also debate a supplementary report of the audit firm Deloitte&Touche about the company's operations in 2001, passed by the supervisors on 18 November.
