Telco Announces Board Reshuffle

Ljubljana, 22 December - The supervisory board of national telco operator Telekom Slovenije decided on Monday to dismiss as of 1 February management board members Anton Majzelj and Miran Kramberger. The two will nevertheless remain CEOs of Telekom's subsidiaries, Mobitel and Siol, respectively. Incumbent supervisory board member Libor Voncina will take their post, the company said in a press release.
