Relations With Croatia Making News
Maribor/Koper, 23 December - Relations with Croatia have made it to the front pages of Slovenian newspapers on Tuesday as the two countries continue their diplomatic squabble on the maritime border after the Slovenian parliament adopted changes to the maritime code that allow the country to establish zones in the Adriatic. Whereas the Maribor-based daily Vecer predicts that the future for bilateral relations does not look so bright, regional paper Primorske novice says that the Croatian PM-designate Ivo Sanader may yet pleasantly surprise Slovenia.
