Union Gets New Supervisors, Interbrew Unhappy

Ljubljana, 23 December - Shareholders of the Ljubljana-based brewer Pivovarna Union on Tuesday appointed four new supervisors put forward by the supervisory board, thus rejecting the contrary proposal of the Belgian 41-percent owner. Interbrew has already announced it would challenge the decision in court.
