Constitutional Court Rejects MPs' Petition to Review Referendum on Erased

Ljubljana, 24 December - The Constitutional Court has rejected the petition of the National Assembly to establish whether a referendum on the technicalities bill on the erased or its consequences could be in violation of the Constitution. The Court established that parliament had not filed its petition within the seven-day time limit set down in the referendum act. Parliament missed the deadline by one day, the Court said.
