LDS: Arguments of Constitutional Court More Important Than Verdict Itself

Ljubljana, 24 December - The senior coalition Liberal Democracy (LDS) is happy with the ruling of the Constitutional Court on the motion to check the constitutionality of a referendum on a technicalities bill about people erased from the population register in 1992. According to LDS executive director Bogdan Biscak, the party is happy even though the court rejected the motion, because in its ruling it underscored arguments that were even more important than the verdict itself.
