Rupel Sees no Miraculous Solutions for the Constitutional Treaty

Ljubljana, 26 December - We are about to enter a period of serious contemplation on coexistence in the European Union, and I do not see any quick or miracolous solutions, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel commented in an interview for STA on a failure of the recent EU summit on constitutional reform.
