Constitutional Court Ruling Echoes in the Press

Maribor/Ljubljana, 27 December - Slovenian dailies on Saturday comment on Wednesday's Constitutional Court rejection of the petition of the National Assembly to establish whether a referendum on the technicalities bill on the erased or its consequences could be in violation of the Constitution. Moreover, the court said that a rejection of the technicalities bill on the erased in a referendum would not cancel the obligation of the parliament to carry out the April ruling of the Court.
