Ljubljana, 27 December - The year 2003 was a year of big decisions, whose first signs will start to show next year, head of the Youth Party (SMS) Dominik S. Cernjak said in an interview for STA. Among major achievements Cernjak welcomed the elimination of the draft and the party's membership in the European Federation of the Green Parties.
