MONDAY, 29 December

LJUBLJANA - The Slovenian government is due to hold a session.

LJUBLJANA - The collegiate body of the National Assembly speaker is to take a decision on an extraordinary session that would call a referendum on the technicalities bill dealing with people erased from the population register in 1992.

LJUBLJANA - Archbishop of Ljubljana and Slovenian Metropolitan Franc Rode is scheduled to present the Pope's New Year's message.

TUESDAY, 30 December

LJUBLJANA - The National Assembly is expected to convene for an extraordinary session to decide whether to call a referendum on the technicalities bill dealing with people erased from the population register in 1992.
