Detonation damaged the pillar of cable line in the vicinity of Krško

Ljubljana, 2 August - Early this morning a strong detonation damaged the pillar of a 20 kilovolt cable line in the vicinity of Krško. An explosion was also set off on a pillar of a 100 kilovolt electricity network, which stands next to the plantations of the factory Agrokombinat, Krško. Luckily, the pillar was not damaged. The police discovered the explosives, with a timer mechanism, also on two other electricity cable lines, which connect the Krško Nuclear Power Plant with the Brestanica Thermal Electricity Plant. The bomb squad dissembled the explosives on time.
