Armed civilians broke into the technical refitting factory in Bregana

Ljubljana, 2 August - Armed civilians broke into the technical refitting factory in Bregana (a small town on the border with Croatia) during the night, at approximately 2 a.m. They disarmed the officer on duty and other officers and locked them into one of the offices. A larger number of rifles and machine-guns were stolen. The armed civilians escaped towards Croatia. The robbery is being investigated by the military police, and declined the assistance of the Slovenian police.
