Many Challenges Ahead for Stock Market Watchdog
Ljubljana, 1 January - The Securities Market Agency launched several procedures in 2003, signaling for the first time that it is serious about prosecuting those who violate stock market regulations. This year will also be challenging, as players from the EU will enter the Slovenian financial markets while Slovenian brokers will start operating in the EU, the agency's director, Neven Borak, said in an interview for STA.
