Ljubljana, 3 August - "Tonight dreams are allowed. Tomorrow is a new day." Mr. Milan Kučan, President of the Presidency of Slovenia, ended his speech i such a tone at the celebration of the declaration of the Republic of Slovenia as an independent, self-dependent and sovereign state on the evening of June 26. Five days later, when the new month started on Monday, many people in Slovenia wished that the experiences of the past few days were just an ugly dream.
