LA Times Says Slovenian Firm Took Part in Weapon Supplies to Iraq
Los Angeles, 30 December - A Syrian company, SES International Corp., headed by a cousin of the country's leader, Bashar al-Assad, signed contracts to supply millions of dollars in arms and equipment to Iraq before the U.S. invasion, The Los Angeles Times reported on Tuesday, naming a Slovenian steel company, STO Ravne, as one of the suppliers.
