Unsuccessful visit of the three EEC ministers

Ljubljana, 5 August - Further reactions to yesterday's unsuccessful visit of the three EEC ministers. The Memorandum on an immediate ceasefire in Croatia, which was to have been signed by the Presidents of all the republics, was not concluded primarily because of the disagreement of the President of the Republic of Serbia, Slobodan Milošović, who was opposed to foreign observers in the areas of fighting in Croatia.
