Value of Construction Works Rises in Slovenia and Abroad

Ljubljana, 2 January - In the first nine months of 2003, Slovenian construction companies have performed construction works in total value of SIT 250.12bn (EUR 1.05bn), 17 percent more than the year before. Meanwhile, the value of construction works done by Slovenian companies abroad last year is said to have exceeded EUR 100m, with the majority of the business done in the markets of former Yugoslavia, and Russia.
