Slovenia Needs More Renewable Energy Sources

Ljubljana, 4 January - Slovenia has pledged it would generate 33.6 percent of electricity it produces with renewable energy sources (solar, wind, water, biomass) by 2010. Although it is already winning 29.2 percent of the necessary energy this way, the commitment, made as the EU drafted its energy policy, will not be easy to meet.
