Mosque Referendum Proponents Start Collecting Signatures

Ljubljana, 6 January - The story about the mosque in the Slovenian capital is set to get another page on Tuesday, as opponents of city plans begin collecting signatures in support of a referendum initiative that aims to avert the construction of a mosque on the outskirts of Ljubljana. The proponents will try to collect almost 11,000 signatures until 6 February to push through with a local referendum.
