Executive Council about education, health care and economic cooperation with Yugoslav republics

Ljubljana, 8 August - At today's meeting, the Executive Council of the Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia considered, among other things, questions of education and health care, the key problem being how to ensure financial means for regular functioning. With regard to monitoring the cease-fire in Croatia, a statement was prepared, stating that the basic conditions which would guarantee its durability and objective control of its implementation, are not regulated - it also includes recognition of the legitimacy of the authorities of the Republic of Croatia over its entire territory.
