Ljubljana, 8 August - DELO: LYING PEACEMAKERS, August 8 - It seems that the federal presidency, the supposed supreme command, where the members hardly say hello to each other, are all deceitful peacemakers, is written by Goran Moravček in the theme of the day. He supports this claim with the fact that the agreement made in Brioni is not being respected, and at the two "peace" meetings, the Presidency of the SFRY accepted resolutions which, it seems, obligates nobody. The question is to whose advantage are the violations of agreements and the resolution on cease-fire. Here, he also states that the more they discuss peace the more there are victims in Croatia, the dead are only recorded as numbers, while the numerous dead bodies are lying in the Slavonian fields or have been buried into mass graves in Dalj. In respect to the numerous opportunities for peace, which did not succeed, the author concludes that peace is yet far away, and that the sudden peace initiatives in which, as it seems, nobody believes anyway, are possibly only a tactical trick of the Serbian side.
