The basic conditions for cease-fire in Croatia have not been established yet

Ljubljana, 9 August - Slovene government has greeted the decision of the Yugoslav Presidency to call a cease-fire in Croatia, but is of the opinion that the basic conditions necessary for its implementation have not been established yet.
