Erased Referendum Decree Constitutional, but also Questionable

Ljubljana, 7 January - The parliamentary committee on home affairs on Wednesday upheld the opinion of the National Assembly's legal department, which has said that the decree on the referendum on the erased - which has been submitted for constitutional review - is not in disharmony with the Constitution, yet its consequences can be considered immaterial.
