Ljubljana, 9 August - THE DELO: POSSIBLY DECISIVE MOMENTS, August 9. -- The meeting in Prague acquired new dimensions in content through yesterday's discovery of the incredible new plans conceived by the Belgrade generals for a renewed military intervention in the country's northwest, as this is a topic of direct interest to the CSCE crisis staff, making it not at all surprising that the plan was uncovered "just in time." According to the Slovene minister of defence, only the internationalization of the problem in question could prevent the realization of the hallucinations of certain members of the army. This is why the decision to reveal these plans to the public was a good move, as this can only accelerate the necessary intervention of Europe in the development of events, wrote Darijan Košir in the "Topic of the Day" column.
