Rijeka, 9 January - Croatia is willing to make concessions to Slovenia regarding the Piran Bay and fully open its passage to international waters that would enable Slovenia to get a status of a maritime country, Croatian daily Novi list writes on Friday, quoting reliable sources close to the new Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader.
