Banks in Slovenia buy effective convertible currency at exchange rates considerably higher than the official ones

Ljubljana, 10 August - For some time, banks in Slovenia have been buying effective convertible currency at exchange rates considerably higher than the official ones. The daily exchange rate is formed on the stock market in Ljubljana. According to this exchange rate, the bying rate for German marks was 21,31 dinars, which is 64 percent above the official rate of the National bank of Yugoslavia.
