Constitutional Court Orders Stay on Referendum Decree

Ljubljana, 9 January - The Constitutional Court has decided to order a stay of execution for the decree on the referendum on the technicalities act on the erased. The implementation of the decree could cause hardly reparable damage, the court said Friday, adding that a final decision on whether the referendum will be staged or not would be reached in two weeks.
