Ljubljana, 9 January - The decision of the Constitutional Court, which on Friday ordered a stay of execution for the decree on the referendum on the technicalities act on the erased, has been received with mixed emotions. The coalition sees it as the confirmation of their second thoughts about the sensibility of the referendum, while the opposition labelled it the result of political pressure.
