The 37-th International wine fair in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 10 August - Between August 26. and September 1., the 37.-th International wine-growers and wine fair, Vino 91, will take place in Ljubljana. Many foreign and domestic exhibitors of wine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will take part. It will also be possible to taste over 1000 samples, entered in the competition part of the fair. This year, most prizes were collected by Austrian wines, while Slovenian ones won 14 grand gold medals, 84 gold and 151 silver medals. The rating of the wines at the International wine-growers and wine fair in Ljubljana was officially recognized by the European Community last year on October 17.; the fair in Ljubljana is the only one of its kind in the world outside the European Community to be so recognized.
