NLB to Disinvest to Improve Capital Adequacy

Ljubljana, 9 January - The supervisory board of Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) has accepted the proposal of the management to conduct activities aimed at improving the bank's capital adequacy from the current 9.5 percent to 10 percent. Investments that do not bring expected yields will be shed, the supervisors said in Friday's press release.
