Croatia is Offering What Slovenia Already Has, Says Delo

Ljubljana, 10 January - The proposal that Croatian diplomats have launched in Friday's edition of Novi list - whereby Slovenia would get access to international waters through the entire length of Croatian territorial sea - is not a novelty but the repeat of old offers that have been circulating ever since the two countries won independence, the daily Delo writes on Saturday.
