7000 People Pay Tribute to Drazgose Victims

Železniki, 11 January - More than 7,000 people attended the ceremony commemorating the 62nd anniversary of the WWII battle of Drazgose. The keynote speaker at the monument site in Drazgose, northwestern Slovenia, was Parliament Speaker Borut Pahor, who said that peace has always been the basis of European integration and that peace and liberty are not given for free, but have to be fought for.
