New Regulations to Improve Pig Traceability System

Ljubljana, 12 January - A new set of regulations on the traceability of pigs that entered into force on 1 January is the beginning of the establishment of a new, more comprehensive, system for tracing pigs. The regulations are also a precondition for exports of pigs to the EU, said Monday Agriculture Ministry State Secretary Vida Cadonic Spelic.
