The gradual inclusion of passenger trains into international and inter-republican railway traffic

Ljubljana, 13 August - The railway administration of Ljubljana reports that the gradual inclusion of passenger trains into international and inter-republican railway traffic can be expected, if discussions between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Croatia and Serbia on the normalization of conditions are successful. On the basis of an agreement, which runs out on August 15, passenger trains from Germany to Belgrade and back proceed over a bypass through Hungary. They are of the opinion that an extension of this agreement will not be necessary if both ministries their remove barriers for passenger railway traffic. Lately, the accelerated removal of the equipment of the YA from Slovenia is also proceeding on the railway lines. After the problems at the beginning of this withdrawal, transport is now proceeding without any difficulties.
