Vecer Comments on Poor Efforts to Arrest Balkan War Criminal

Maribor, 13 January - The lack of interest and efforts of the international community to arrest the two most wanted war criminals in the Balkans is compared by Tuesday's Vecer to the arrest of the toppled Iraqi president, suggesting that while "the rat" has been caught, "the bears" are still toddling freely in the Balkans.
