Ljubljana, 14 January - Below is a schedule of events for Thursday, 15 January:

PRAGUE, the Czech Republic - A parliamentary delegation, headed by Speaker Borut Pahor, is to pay a one-day official visit to the Czech Republic. The delegation is due to meet with the Speaker of the Czech Chamber of Deputies Lubomir Zaoralk, the Deputy President of the Czech Senate Mirko Topolank and members of parliamentary committee for European integration and foreign policy. The Slovenian lawmakers are also scheduled to be received by Czech Prime Minister Vladimir Spidla. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - The government is set to hold its regular weekly session (to begin at 10 AM, press conference expected to take place at 2 PM) at which it is expected to debate a draft version of an anti-corruption resolution, among other things. (STA)

VIENNA, Austria - Armed Forces Chief of Staff Ladislav Lipic is due to begin a three-day visit to Austria.

LJUBLJANA - Miha Brejc, a lawmaker of the opposition Slovenian Democrats (SDS), is to hold a press conference at 10 AM at which he is expected to present an amendment to the European Parliament elections act.

LJUBLJANA - Slovenian rating firm I and the multinational rating firm Dun&Bradstreet are to confer awards for best credit ratings to three Slovenian companies. The event, which will be attended by Ljubljana Mayor Danica Simsic, is scheduled to take place at noon. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - President Janez Drnovsek is due to receive the highest Muslim authority in Slovenia, Mufti Osmam Djogic, at 11 AM.

LJUBLJANA - CEO of dairy Ljubljanske mlekarne Matjaz Vehovec is to present the company's most recent acquisition, Bosnian dairy Prerada i promet mlijeka from Tuzla.

TRBOVLJE - The Rudnik Trbovlje-Hrastnik coal mine is to stage a press conference at 11 AM to present 2003 results and business plans for 2004.

LJUBLJANA, Slovenia/TEL AVIV, Israel - Slovenian basketball clubs Olimpija and Novo mesto are to play their ninth round Euroleague games: Olimpija at home against France's Pau Orthez and Novo mesto away against Maccabi.
