Ljubljana, 15 January - The continuation of talks on the European constitution under the Irish EU presidency is seen as urgent by Delo in its Thursday editorial, where the daily says that any longer delays would make the work even tougher giving the upcoming talks on the next budget period as well as the appointment of a new European Commission.
