Actual IT Eyeing Hermes Softlab

Koper, 15 January - The Slovenian IT industry could be in a for a major shakeup as two of the leading firms could be headed for a merger. According to the writing of Thursday's daily Delo, Actual IT of Koper has asked the owners of Hermes Softlab to consider a takeover or other forms of business integration.
