Hermes Softlab Forms Taskforce to Study Offer from Actual IT

Ljubljana, 16 January - A leading Slovenian information technology company that fell from grace in 2002 as part of the global economic downturn, has said it is forming a special taskforce to study an offer for its shares by an up-and-coming rival, Actual IT.
