Observers in European Parliament Call for Professional Assistance
Ljubljana, 16 January - Seven Slovenian observers who have been working in the European Parliament since May 2003, are still lacking the necessary professional and administrative assistance to perform their demanding tasks, and the promises that professional assistants would join them as of 1 January have proven empty. The problem was underscored on Friday by Deputy Speaker of Parliament Mihael Brejc.
