The International Agricultural and Food Fair was opened in Gornja Radgona

Ljubljana, 17 August - The traditional International Agricultural and Food Fair was opened in Gornja Radgona today, with more than 900 domestic and foreign exhibitors participating. The ceremonial opening speech was made by President of the Slovenian government, Mr. Lojze Peterle. In comparison with the fairs of previous years, this year there are a greater number of small-scale companies participating. In the future, the fair is expected to become better renown for its quality than attendance.
