Renault Becomes 100-percent Owner of Slovenian Car Plant

Novo Mesto, 16 January - Renault has become a 100-percent owner of Slovenian car producer Revoz of Novo mesto. The French car maker signed an agreement with a number of Slovenian authorised investment companies at the end of December, with which it acquired 33.32 percent of Revoz. The transfer of these shares will take place on 3 February, making Renault the full owner of Revoz.
