Bid for Cimos Takeover Valid from Today

Koper, 19 January - The bid of five companies with a 28.5-percent stake in automotive parts producer Cimos will be valid as of Monday and until 16 February. Following a joint action agreement between the Cimos management and its majority shareholders, the five are offering SIT 640 (EUR 2.70) per share for the rest of the company's stake.
