LONDON, Great Britain - Transport Minister Jakob Presecnik is to wrap up his two-day visit to Great Britain. (STA)
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Finance Minister Dusan Mramor is to attend a meeting of EU finance ministers, who are to be joined by counterparts from the acceding countries as observers.
LJUBLJANA - Slovenian Human Rights Ombudsman Matjaz Hanzek is to hold a press conference at 10 AM on current issues and ahead of a visit of the European ombudsman to Slovenia. (STA)
LJUBLJANA - The visiting International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation, who started its second week of regular annual consultations with representatives of Slovenian governmental and non-governmental organisations, is to meet with parliamentary committee for finance and monetary policy.
LJUBLJANA - The parliamentary committee for agriculture, forestry and food is to hold a session at 2 PM to discuss the National Council demand that the parliament take another vote on the game and hunting act. The agenda is to include the 2004 - 2006 rural development programme.
NOVO MESTO - A public debate on Slovenia's future in the EU is to be organised at 7 PM by the Novo mesto municipality and the European Commission delegation in Slovenia. The participants are to include Mayor Bostjan Kovacic, EU Ambassador to Slovenia Erwan Fouere, Regional Development Minister Zdenka Kovac, CEO of the car manufacturer Revoz Michel Bouton, and assistant to the Krka CEO Darinka Miklavcic.
LJUBLJANA - "The Erased Responsibility" is the title of a panel debate to be organised at 6 PM by the Forum for the Left, an informal group of left-wing intellectuals.
KLAGENFURT, Austria - A United List (ZLSD) delegation headed by its President Borut Pahor is to attend a meeting on regional policy hosted by President of the Austrian Social Democrats (SPOe) Alfred Gusenbauer as part of regular meetings of Social Democrats from Austria, Italy and Slovenia.
PTUJ - The poultry producer Perutnina Ptuj is to present to the press the 2003 business results. (STA)
