Iskra Kondenzatorji Dispute Returned to District Court

Ljubljana, 20 January - The troubled maker of capacitators, Iskra Kondenzatorji, looks set to be put up for auction as the Ljubljana Higher Court has overturned the decision of the district court to place a temporary injunction on the auction of 443,500 shares (77.8%) of the company, pledged by German owner AEG KuW at its creditor Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank.
