Insurer Slovenica to be Reorganised

Ljubljana, 20 January - During its session on Tuesday, the supervisory board of Slovenia's fifth-largest insurer Slovenica backed the decision to reorganise the company. According to the supervisory, the position of the insurance company must be strengthened before Slovenia joins the EU in May. The company's restructuring is to be finished this summer, Slovenica said.
