Ljubljana, 21 January - Commenting on Slovenia's attitude towards the EU budget policy, the leading Slovenian daily underscores that the country will either have to opt for higher expenditure or crush the principle of solidarity if it turns out that the capped EU budget does not allow for promoting economic development of the newcomers.
