Sava Buying Another Spa Resort in NE Slovenia, Daily Says

Ljubljana, 21 January - The Kranj-based chemical company Sava Kranj is buying a majority stake in another health resort in the northeast of the country, namely Zdravilisca Radenci. The purchase is to be carried out through the spa resort Terme 3000, for which Sava issued a takeover bid earlier this month, a daily writes on Wednesday.
