Ljubljana and Rijeka Work to Strengthen Their Ties

Ljubljana, 21 January - A renewed agreement on the strengthening of friendly cooperation between Ljubljana and Croatia's Rijeka was signed on Wednesday, as the mayors of the two cities, Danica Simsic and Vojko Obersnel, met in the Slovenian capital. Good cooperation between Rijeka and Ljubljana is a proof that the cooperation can be successful at the local level although the two countries cannot find common language, the Ljubljana mayor said at the occasion.
