Railway traffic to eastern parts of Yugoslavia completely paralyzed

Ljubljana, 19 August - Railway traffic to eastern parts of Yugoslavia is completely paralyzed at the moment, the Ljubljana Railways report. The normalization of railway traffic will be discussed by directors of railway administrations of the republics at a Yugoslav Railways Managing Board meeting tomorrow in Sarajevo. International trains from Germany and Italy operate up to Zagreb and on the auxiliary route via Hungary. Railway traffic from Slovenia to Austria and Italy is carried out normally. The Yugoslav army transports waiting for the permission to move from Slovenia have been totally blocked.
